Conditions of Use
- This card entitles the card holder to a discount of 10% up to a maximum of $40 at each park per stay.
- † Membership cards will not be posted outside of Australia. If you wish to join our club, please join at the first Top Park you stay at on your arrival into the country.
- Proof of membership must be provided in order to obtain discounts.
- Members can provide proof of membership in different forms. This may include, but not limited to, a photograph of the card on a phone/App or official correspondence from Top Parks Head Office with membership details.
- Membership cards can be purchased at any Top Park around Australia. If you do not have proof of membership with you while travelling you can purchase a replacement card at a Park on arrival for a fee of $5.
- Not transferable from name on proof of membership.
- Not valid when other discounts/promotions apply.
- Members discount only available when booking on the Top Parks website or direct through the Top Park. Member discount is not available when made through other agents such as third party booking sites.
- The card remains the sole property of Top Parks.
- Once your membership has been processed (within the next business day) you will receive an email from Top Parks with your membership number that serves as proof of membership. If travelling and your membership card is not available, please show this email on your arrival at the Park to obtain your members discount.
